BRAINS ADAPT Portal

What is this study about?

We are developing an online portal that will be used to identify anxiety, depression, and unmet needs of patients diagnosed with brain cancer and their caregivers.

As part of the development, we are seeking feedback on the look, feel and functionality of the portal from patients, caregivers, and health care staff.

This feedback will be used to modify the portal by improving its useability and design.

What are we doing?

We are conducting interviews with people diagnosed with brain cancer, their caregivers, and health care professionals working with people with brain cancer.

The interviews will be conducted using Zoom which is an online teleconference software. We will be asking participants to share their thoughts as they use the portal.

What do we expect to learn?

Feedback about the design and ease of use of the of the portal will be used to improve the useability and design of the portal.

What are the next steps?

We have completed recruitment for online interviews with brain cancer survivors, caregivers and health care professionals working with people with brain cancer.
