Personality and Behaviour
Changes (Carers)

What is this study about?

You are invited to participate in our study exploring personality and behaviour changes in adults with primary brain tumours and the impact these changes have on the patient, their carers and family. Personality and behaviour changes can be distressing for patients and their carers and little is known about how these changes can be best managed.

What are we doing?

If you agree to participate, you will be asked to participate in a 45-60 minute interview, either face-to-face, via telephone or video call with a researcher to discuss your experience of supporting someone with brain tumour related personality changes.

What do we expect to learn?

It is hoped that these interviews will result in an improved understanding of possible management strategies and will inform future supports for patients with and their carers.

What are the next steps?

We are currently recruiting carers for interviews.
